Facilities Project Manager
Our Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific assigned projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER - SALARIED POSITION


We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. The position is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific assigned projects throughout our 8,000 acre property.  

Typical Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as projects require.    

Salary:
$60,000 DOE

DUTIES INCLUDE: 
  1. Leads the planning and implementation of assigned projects.

  2. Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.

  3. Manages project budgets & deliverables.

  4. Plans and schedules project timelines.

  5. Provides direction and support to entire Facilities Maintenance team.

  6. Monitors quality assurance and conducts clubhouse inspections.

  7. Manages and institutes inventory controls and service contracts.

  8. Assists the Director of Facilities and Construction where needed.

  9. Assists Contract Administrator with work orders and Facility Dude (CMMS).

  10. Monitors & maintains all security cameras and security monitory contracts and eData.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENT:
Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years in a construction or maintenance supervisory position.

UNUSUAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Top physical condition, able to lift minimum 75 lbs. Climb 20 foot ladders, be able to work in confined areas. Surroundings; inside and outside - hot, dry, wet, noisy, dirty, oily.  Hazards; injury from contact with hot pipes or equipment, electrical circuit or moving machinery.
